Erin Salahov

Erin completed her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy at Penn State Mont Alto in 2012. She completed her field training in a mental health facility and outpatient rehab facility. She has experience working in skilled nursing facilities and home health settings.

She credits the majority of her experience and knowledge on her time spent in another private pediatric outpatient facility. While there she learned from an OT with over 20 years of experience, specializing in sensory integration. Erin also has extensive training in Jean Ayres Sensory Integration Theory and Treatment.

“I love Occupational Therapy as a whole, but my passion is within the Pediatric setting. I love seeing positive changes in a child, and the peace and joy this can bring the entire family as well. I desire to see all children reach their full potential, and grow into the purpose and gifts set before them. My goal is to always grow in knowledge, techniques, and understanding. I am particularly interested in growing my skill set in manual therapy and utilizing kinesiotaping. I have a great team with me here at PMC, and can’t wait to see the impact that is made in our community!”
